The big why for me is to share love in the World by helping people live healthier more enjoyable lives.
I grew up with a 100 year old Italian grandmother that became my mentor in Healthy Living.
I am trained and certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition-NYC (which is sanctioned by the New York State Board of Education), as an Integrative Nutrition HEALTH COACH.
I am an Independent Team BEACH BODY Coach and would be happy to share my knowledge and experience on their fitness/nutrition programs to make the selection that best suits you.
I am an active Health Coach and I am helping as many people as I can while trying to keep my own family life in balance.
I would like to work with you and I will get you results, while making it easy and fun.
